Meal plans are created just for you by our team of accredited practising dietitians. Your meal plan will combine your unique nutritional needs as well as help you work towards your health goals, all while meeting the requirements of your lifestyle.

Your meal plan will include:

  • 7 days of meals and snacks to help you reach your health and wellness objectives (including specific energy and nutrient needs).
  • Recipes with adjustable portion sizes to accommodate the number of people at the dinner table (or depending on how many meals you want from the leftovers)
  • Grocery shopping in one click. Our recipes allow you to add the ingredients to your online Woolworths order and have them delivered directly to your boot (saving you time and energy in the store).
  • If you prefer to go to the grocery store, export a shopping list that you can tick off as you go. 
  • A personal list of food products to add to your pantry/staples list (and save you time reading nutrition labels)
  • More time enjoying food and less time worrying about it.
