Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place rolled oats and milk into a microwave safe bowl and mix with a spoon
  • Microwave on high for 1 and a half minutes
  • While the porridge is in the microwave, slice the banana
  • Take out the porridge and stir
  • Put sliced banana and chia seeds on top of porridge and pour on the maple syrup
