Banana, blueberry & chia smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cup Reduced-fat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsn chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Spice it up by adding some cinnamon
