Banana, blueberry & chia smoothie

  • 2 cup Reduced-fat milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsn chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Spice it up by adding some cinnamon
