Ingredients

  • 95 g Tin of tuna in spring water small tin
  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 1 cup mixed lettuce
  • 4 slices large tomato
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 1 slice tasty cheese reduced fat

Instructions
 

  • Chop lettuce, tomato and cucumber
  • Drain tuna of excess moisture
  • Assemble sandwich with all ingredients
