Banana Cocoa smoothie (children)

Ingredients

  • 2 L Milk cow, ready to drink, regular fat, regular
  • 2 cup Rolled oats uncooked, plain, unfortified
  • 8 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 10 Bananas fresh, cavendish
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, adding a couple of handfuls of ice if desired and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into individual cups of 150ml each
  • Please use discretion with banana sizes – use less to fit in budget if using larger bananas.
