Apple and blueberry oat crumble (childcare)

Ingredients

  • 320 g Wholemeal Plain Flour wholemeal (wheat), plain
  • 320 g Rolled oats uncooked, plain, unfortified
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 100 g Butter plain, salted
  •  
    1300 g Apple, canned
  • 4tsp cinnamon
  • 200 g frozen Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Combine flour, oats in a bowl. Using fingertips, rub margarine into dry ingredients until mixture feels like breadcrumbs. Add honey and stir to combine.
  • Drain any fruit juice from can and layer apples and blueberries across base of a large, ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over fruit.
  • Scatter crumble mixture evenly over fruit.
  • Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown on top.
