Ingredients

  •  
    1 kg Diced Frozen Mango
  • 1 kg Banana fresh, cavendish
  • 1 kg frozen Blueberries
  • 800 g Yoghurt other
  • 2 l Milk c
  • 2 cup Rolled oats uncooked, plain, unfortified

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender on medium speed until well combined and smooth.

1. Milk (Dairy)
  • Source in recipe: Yoghurt, cow’s milk
  • Modification: Use a plant-based yoghurt (such as coconut, soy, or almond yoghurt—choose soy/nut-free if required) and a plant-based milk (such as oat, rice, coconut, or almond milk).
