Apple pie bliss balls

Ingredients

  •  
    2 red apple fresh, pink lady, unpeeled
  • 3 cup rolled oats uncooked, plain, unfortified
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  •  
    1 cup Medjool Whole Fresh Dates
  •  
    0.5 cup Sultanas plain
  • 4 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • 1.Chop the apples, leaving the skin and blitz all the ingredients together until completely combined in food processor.
  • 2.Pop the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer to firm up. You don’t want it frozen, just firm enough so you can roll them.
  • 3.Roll into generous teaspoon sized balls and place in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. Using disposable gloves helps with ease of sticking on hands!
  • 4.1 serve = 2 balls (tsp sized)
  • 5.If time is tight, press into loaf pan and cut into slices.
