
Maple Mustard Chicken breast
Ingredients
1 skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 clove garlic clove crushed
1 tsp Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
1 carrot sliced
100 g broccoli chopped into florets
100 g baby spinach to serve
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180 degrees (c)
- Mix together the syrup, garlic, mustard and oil and add chicken breast. Place the chicken breast and marinade in a piece of foil big enough to wrap it up into a parcel and place in the oven for 15mins or until cooked through
- Steam the carrot and broccoli and serve with raw spinach
