Ingredients
0.5 400g tin of brown lentils 1/2 cup
50 g Cos lettuce 1 cup
1 large tomato chopped
½ cucumber chopped
½ red capsicum chopped
½ spring onion chopped
30 g Feta cheese small cubes
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Drizzle extra virgin olive oil extra virgin
50 g reduced-fat plain yoghurt increase quantity if preferred
