Ingredients

  • 2 cups reduced fat soy milk or calcium fortified almond milk
  • 8 fresh apricots seeds removed
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.
