Slow cooker butter chicken
Ingredients
500 g chicken breast cubed- 1 onion diced
1 red capsicum diced
2 Carrots diced
1 zucchini sliced
1 cup baby spinach- 400 g coconut milk
1 can tomato puree
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp garam masala
400 g canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Add all to slow cooker. Cook on low 6–8 hrs. Stir in spinach at end. Serve with rice.
