Slow cooker butter chicken

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast cubed
  •  
    1 onion diced
  • 1 red capsicum diced
  • 2 Carrots diced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  •  
    400 g coconut milk
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 400 g canned chickpeas drained and rinsed

Instructions
 

  • Add all to slow cooker. Cook on low 6–8 hrs. Stir in spinach at end. Serve with rice.
