Tuna & Salad sandwich
Ingredients
- 95 g Tin of tuna in spring water small tin
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 1 cup mixed lettuce
- 4 slices large tomato
- 4 slices cucumber
- 1 slice tasty cheese reduced fat
Instructions
- Chop lettuce, tomato and cucumber
- Drain tuna of excess moisture
- Assemble sandwich with all ingredients
