Berry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 140 g wholemeal plain flour 1 cup
  • 5 g baking powder 1 tsp
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 ml Reduced-fat milk
  • 100 g fresh mixed berries 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until smooth
  • Cook on a non-stick pan on medium heat in small batches. Use small amounts of butter or olive oil to grease the pan if need.
