Ingredients

  • 2 L milk
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 600 g frozen blueberries
  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 5 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.
