Ham, cheddar & corn relish pin wheels

Ingredients

  • 4 High fibre wraps
  • ¹⁄³ cup corn relish
  • 1 cos lettuce leaves separated, torn
  • 150 g roasted capsicum
  • 50 g Reduced-fat cheddar cheese coarsely grated
  • 200 g shaved ham off the bone

Instructions
 

  • Place wraps on a clean work surface. Spread each with relish, then top with lettuce, capsicum, cheese and ham. Fold up base, then roll up to form pinwheel wraps. Serve each cut into four.
