Banana overnight oats

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
  • 0.5 banana

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until combined. Store in the fridge overnight.
