- 100 g 400g tin of brown lentils 1/2 cup
- 200 g cooked rice 1 cup
- 160 g firm tofu swap with 100g tempeh if preferred
- 160 g Asian vegetables increase quantity if preferred
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- Lightly stir-fry all ingredients together until warmed through and vegetables cooked to your liking.
