Ingredients
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 3 slices smoked salmon
- ½ cup of rocket
- 4 tbsp Cottage cheese
Instructions
- Toast bread. Once ready, add the low-fat cottage cheese.
- Add the smoked salmon and rocket to the toast.
