  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 3 slices smoked salmon
  • ½ cup of rocket
  • 4 tbsp Cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread. Once ready, add the low-fat cottage cheese.
  • Add the smoked salmon and rocket to the toast.
