Berry & basil frozen yoghurt
Ingredients
- ½ cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 3 tbsp frozen berries
- 1 tsp fresh basil leaves chopped
- 20 g chocolate
Instructions
- Crush raspberries and dark chocolate into small pieces
- In a small, freezer proof bowl, mix together yogurt, berries, dark chocolate and basil
- Transfer to freezer, allow to thicken in the freezer for 30 mins (you don’t want it to go hard). Enjoy straight out of the freezer.
