Quinoa & Tuna Poke Bowl

Course Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 95 g tuna in olive oil
  • ½ cup shelled edamame
  • sliced radish
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cup kimchi or sourkraut
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds.

Instructions
 

  • Layer a medium salad bowl with cooked quinoa & tuna in olive oil.
  • Top with shelled edamame, sliced radish, avocado and kimchi.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce & sesame seeds.
