Quick ready-made salad

  • 1 Ready made salad bag Kaleslaw, Asian, crunchy noodle, Broccoslaw
  • Four bean mix1 400g tin of four bean mix or chickpeas, black beans, brown lentils
  • 40 g Feta cheese or reduced fat versions
  • 400 g cooked quinoa 2 cups cooked.


  • Rinse the lentils/legums/peas from the tin
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowel and serve


Make cooked quinoa in advance from 3/4 cup of dried quinoa. 
You can avoid using packaged salads by shredding your own vegetables in advance and keeping in an airtight container without any dressing or wet ingredients. Try vegetables like cabbage, celery, raw beetroot, carrots, zuccini, broccoli.
