  • 1 lemon Juiced – 1/4 cup (60ml)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons Drizzle extra virgin olive oil plus more for serving, 30 ml
  • 3 g ground cumin 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons water 30 to 45 ml
  • paprika for serving
