Green Smoothie

Course Breakfast


  • 1 cup Silverbeet
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 80 g Grapes
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • ½ cup coconut water


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, adding more water if necessary. Pour into glasses and serve.
