Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Silverbeet
- 100 g Cucumber
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 80 g Grapes
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- ½ cup coconut water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, adding more water if necessary. Pour into glasses and serve.
