- 150 g Salmon fillet baked or fried
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard swap for wholegrain if preferred
- 50 g Red cabbage shaved/finely chopped
- 50 g White cabbage shaved/finely chopped
- 1 carrot grated
