DF berry bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup porridge oats
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup rice flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a food processor, blitz all ingredients until they form a paste and ball.
- Scoop mixture with a tablespoon and roll into 15 balls. Refrigerate overnight and place 1 or 2 in the lunchbox.
