DF berry bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, blitz all ingredients until they form a paste and ball.
  • Scoop mixture with a tablespoon and roll into 15 balls. Refrigerate overnight and place 1 or 2 in the lunchbox.
