Chicken & veg stir-fry

  • 500 g skinless chicken breast
  • 1 kg mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • cup reduced salt soy sauce
  • 2 honey
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 cloves garlic clove crushed


  • Chop chicken. Coat in garlic, soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds
  • Heat non stick pan
  • Cook chicken through
  • Add vegetables to stir-fry, cook until defrosted and hot
  • Serve with rice
