
Chicken & veg stir-fry
Ingredients
500 g skinless chicken breast
1 kg mixed frozen vegetables
1 tbsp sesame seeds
â…“ cup reduced salt soy sauce
2 honey
3 cups cooked brown rice
2 cloves garlic clove crushed
Instructions
- Chop chicken. Coat in garlic, soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds
- Heat non stick pan
- Cook chicken through
- Add vegetables to stir-fry, cook until defrosted and hot
- Serve with rice
