Chicken Stir-fry
Ingredients
1 skinless chicken breast sliced
1 clove garlic clove crushed
1 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
0.5 red capsicum 1/2 cup
75 g broccoli 1/2 cup
75 g White cabbage 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Fry chicken breast with oil, garlic and soy sauce until almost cooked through
- Add vegetables to fry pan and cook till tender
- Serve with rice (e.g. Basmati, Doongara, Red rice, Black rice) or on extra vegetables
