Blueberry & banana smoothie

  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 125 g blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 300 g silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • 300 ml water


  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender with 300ml water. Drink straight away or transfer to a bottle for later, shaking well before drinking.
