Banana & walnut toast

  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 2 bananas thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon 10g walnutschopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey


  • Lightly toast the bread, then slice in half diagonally.
  • Top the toasts with the banana slices and drizzle with the lemon juice. Scatter over the walnuts and chia seeds, drizzle with the honey and serve.
