Avocado, Tomato and cheese on toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread can swap with wholegrain bread
- ½ avocado
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese can swap for 40g feta or reduced fat cheddar
- 10 g sesame seeds 1 tsp
Instructions
- Toast bread and spread with avocado (mashed or chopped)
- Sprinkle over sesame seeds
- add cheese and sliced tomato
