Avocado, Tomato and cheese on toast

  • 2 slices sourdough bread can swap with wholegrain bread
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese can swap for 40g feta or reduced fat cheddar
  • 10 g sesame seeds 1 tsp


  • Toast bread and spread with avocado (mashed or chopped)
  • Sprinkle over sesame seeds
  • add cheese and sliced tomato
