Savoury French Toast - Low FODMAP
FODMAP Recipe

1 egg whisked
1 tbsp Reduced-fat milk
1 tbsp fresh basil leaves chopped
Reduced fat cheddar cheese x2 slices
35 g baby spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
2 bread x2 slices
Whisk egg, milk and basil together in a small bowl.
Soak bread slices in the egg mixture turning to coat both sides.
Heat the oil in a large frypan over medium heat. Add in the soaked bread slices and cook.
Turn the bread once it is golden brown. When both sides are golden, place the cheese on top and wait for it tomelt.
Serve with low FODMAP green leaves on the side
