1 cup frozen berries
1 cup porridge oats
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup rice flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
In a food processor, blitz all ingredients until they form a paste and ball.
Scoop mixture with a tablespoon and roll into 15 balls. Refrigerate overnight and place 1 or 2 in the lunchbox.
