Prevent your screen from going dark
- 1 skinless chicken breast sliced
- 1 clove garlic clove crushed
- 1 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 red capsicum 1/2 cup
- 75 g broccoli 1/2 cup
- 75 g White cabbage 1/2 cup
Fry chicken breast with oil, garlic and soy sauce until almost cooked through
Add vegetables to fry pan and cook till tender
Serve with rice (e.g. Basmati, Doongara, Red rice, Black rice) or on extra vegetables
