Salmon, potatoes and steamed greens

Ingredients

  • 150 g Salmon fillet
  • 2 potatoe small, boiled
  • 75 g broccoli 1/2 cup
  • 75 g green beans
  • 1 lemon Wedge

Instructions
 

  • Wrap salmon in foil with lemon and bake in the oven at 180 degrees (C) for 15-20mins until just cooked through
  • Boil the potatoes and steam the vegetables.
