Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 skinless chicken breast sliced
  • 1 clove garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 red capsicum 1/2 cup
  • 75 g broccoli 1/2 cup
  • 75 g White cabbage 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Fry chicken breast with oil, garlic and soy sauce until almost cooked through
  • Add vegetables to fry pan and cook till tender
  • Serve with rice (e.g. Basmati, Doongara, Red rice, Black rice) or on extra vegetables
